WORK & ART (W&A)

Welcome to Work & Art (“W&A,” “the Institution,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing, entering, browsing, or engaging with any portion of the W&A digital ecosystem, physical environments, archival systems, cinematic divisions, membership networks, exhibitions, or affiliated programming, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms of Use.
These Terms govern all interactions with: workandart.com, affiliated W&A digital properties, institutional communications, archival releases, member systems, exhibitions, screenings, immersive installations, patronage programs, editorial publications, cultural programming. If you do not agree to these Terms, discontinue use of the W&A ecosystem immediately.
01. Access
W&A operates as an independent cultural institution focused on exhibitions, archival systems, cinematic productions, editorial documentation, and immersive programming. Access to portions of the Institution may be: public, limited, invite-only, membership-based, curator-approved. W&A reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or revoke access to any portion of the Institution at any time without notice.
02. Property
All visual systems, institutional identifiers, archives, editorial assets, exhibition concepts, cinematic materials, interface designs, typography systems, logos, marks, texts, soundscapes, publications, installations, and digital experiences are the exclusive intellectual property of W&A unless otherwise credited. No material originating from W&A may be: reproduced, distributed, mirrored, archived externally, commercially exploited, republished, modified, tokenized, resold without prior written authorization from the Institution. Unauthorized use of W&A intellectual property may result in legal action.
03. Conduct
Users interacting with the Institution agree not to: interfere with platform operations, compromise archival systems, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, impersonate institutional representatives, harvest user data, misuse member systems, disrupt exhibitions or programming, engage in abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful conduct. W&A reserves the right to terminate access or memberships at its sole discretion.
04. Membership
Membership, patronage, and institutional access programs are subject to approval, availability, and ongoing review. Submission of a membership inquiry or patronage request does not guarantee acceptance. W&A reserves the right to deny applications, revoke memberships, modify institutional tiers, alter benefits, suspend programming, restructure patronage systems without liability. Membership fees, contributions, and patronage allocations are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
05. Materials
Certain archival materials, cinematic productions, exhibition records, and institutional documents may contain historical references, artistic interpretations, speculative concepts, experimental media, sensitive cultural subject matter. Inclusion within the Institution does not necessarily represent endorsement by W&A. Exhibition schedules, installations, screenings, and archival releases may change without notice.
06. Collaborations
The Institution may reference external collaborators, publications, organizations, artists, platforms, or cultural entities. W&A is not responsible for external content, third-party policies, linked experiences, independent services, collaborator conduct. Engagement with third-party platforms occurs at the user’s own discretion.
07. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, W&A shall not be liable for: service interruptions, data loss, institutional delays, exhibition cancellations, technical failures, unauthorized access, indirect damages, consequential damages. All interactions with the Institution occur at the user’s own risk.
08. Evolution
W&A exists as an evolving cultural ecosystem. The Institution reserves the right to: expand divisions, alter interfaces, restructure systems, revise programs, evolve membership models, modify experiences, update policies without prior notice. Continued interaction with W&A following modifications constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
09. Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the applicable operating jurisdiction of Work & Art Group, LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
